Founded in 1995, Sigurd UTC Corp (SGUT) is a professional semiconductor assembly and test service provider with headquarter located in Hsinchu Science Park.

With a factory space of 15,300 m2 and floor space of 56,300m2, SGUT provides wafer probing, burn in test, final test and BallGrid Array (BGA) assembly service for Memory, Mixed-Signal and Logic, System on Chip (SOC), Radio Frequency (RF) / Wireless test solutions.

SGUT serves customers span across integrated device manufacturers (IDMs), pure play wafer foundry companies and fabless design companies.

Strategically, SGUT’s primary focus is in test services, with assembly service targeted for customers requiring full turnkey solutions.
